  • Active operating authority
  • Proof of liability coverage with a minimum of 1,000,000
  • Proof of cargo coverage with a minimum of 100,000
  • Returned signed copy of the Mulino Trading Broker Carrier Agreement
  • W9 form with a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number
  • A safety rating of 'Satisfactory' or 'Moderate' to be automatically compliant

Quick-Pay Program:
  • Next Day: Once we receive your paperwork, payment will be processed and mailed via USPS the following day. A discount of 5% will be assessed on the invoice amount.
  • 15 Day: Payment will be issued and mailed via USPS 15 days following receipt of your paperwork. A discount of 3% will be assessed on the invoice amount.
